It would help to know in answering your question, as to what exactly do you mean by a banquet/reception hall business? For instance, do you want to own or rent a building for your business? Also, is this type of business one where you will be providing all of the services for the people? Or, are you going to be the one to hire and coordinate the efforts of a number of people who can provide the services that are offered?
