is tax returns must for IT company to sponsor new h1 visa

hi,
we have started a IT consulting company before 2 years but till now we didnt concentrate on it so we didnt even file any tax returns during these 2 years.now i may get three people who are looking for companies sponsoring h1 visa.can any one tell me whether my company can sponsor for them h1 visas with out any risk or is there any chances to get rejected their visas.let me know if any one know about this.thank u.bye
