Banquet/reception Hall business plan

My goal is to purchase a build or property and create the perfect banquet hall. I need to know where I can go to get someone to help me prepare this package. Is there someone I can work with to show me and help me put this together, a company, a student etc.

You could also contact a local college or university to see if there is a student who would be willing to help you in your project as part of their education in doing such a thing.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

You need to be more detailed about what you need. Have you contacted sba.gov or score.org?

My advise is to be a good follower. No need to re-create the wheel. Go to banquet halls that are successful and do what they do. Collect several packages that they offer and create your own. Don't just look at their packages. Look at their contracts too and make that your own as well. That's what my family and I did 10 years ago and we are very happy we did.
