Hi to all,

I would like to start a real estate in my area. What are the strategy to adapt a business to be succefully.

If you mean to sell real esate there are specific state laws.
First you have to be a broker, and in TN that means workng as a agent for a broker a few years even before you can take the test for a broker.

So by the time you become one, you will havve a lot of the skills you need
