    What certificates are needed in Anderson County,TN to open a bakery with in a Community opperated Food Market? Do I look under Markets or Bakerys for the answer?
    Ought I have a lawyer for this venture?

    Hi, ladytnbakery!

    Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just titled and moved your question that you had posted as a response to your own introduction in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there. Also, this site isn't a chat room and as such, doesn't function the same way that a chat room does. So, whatever question a person posts really needs to be in the appropriate topic area for it to get noticed the best.

    I hope that someone comes along who knows about the requirements for opening the type of business and where it will be located about which you are inquiring!

    Opening any kind of business under the guidance of a lawyer is always a good idea in order to make sure that everything that you need to do legally is covered!
