Hi,

I am not familiar with the 10/10 lease or the financial aspects of Mr. Greek's sales, but I can tell you that is a fantastic location, and that Whitby's population is booming and will continue to for the next 20 years at least. Don't know if you live in Canada or not, but there is demand for healthier fast food, and greek is very popular. Also Whitby is filled with young families short on time. Make sure there is not a Friendly Greek anywhere near, although I'm sure Mr. Greek would've scouted that out before building! If I had the cash, I'd do it.
