It would help to know where you are located in order to provide a better answer for you, but I will submit one based upon going prices for cleaning where I live. That would be in the Iowa - Illinois Quad Cities region.

The going rate around here for cleaning offices is around $11.00 per hour. You figure out how many hours or parts of an hour that you are going to take to clean an office and then add the figure together. It also depends on what kind of cleaning that they are going to be wanting on a daily basis. Some things may only need to be done once a week or even once a month.

You state that you are going to charge for 11 floors of offices? Is that correct? If that is correct, then assuming that there will be three or four offices per floor, then I don't think that you will be able to clean each office on each floor in one night. Please clarify what you mean.

If they are supplying your cleaning supplies, then I would figure out per office how much time it is going to take to clean each on a daily basis. I wouldn't go under $10.00 per hour.

Again, their is so much more information that is needed in order to answer your question better.
