Are paroleed eligable for small buisness grants

Me And My Fiance Wants To Open A Place Sort Of Like A Poolhall/poker/playstaion/we/xbox Stuff Like That A Place Where Theres A Game For Everybody I Want To Go The Route Of Applying For A Grant Being That I Want Both Of Us To Be In This 50/50 Im Trying To Find Out Are There Any Programs Out There Where Parolee Can Get Grants

I would say I doubt you will find grants for that, unless you are going to make it some youth center where there may be non profit funding.
Your state will be small business admin loans.

As mentioned above, it is probably doubtful that you would be able to get a grant for your business, unless it meets a certain, specific criteria concerning qualification.
