Opening a bar

Recently, I came to the conclusion that I want to open a bar and looking for some information on what to do as the next step. As you can see I am kind of struggling with where to start. So far, I picked a name, found a location, and brainstormed some ideas with the activitites for the club.

This is probably the best advice you have been given.

During my business degree I interviewed a man who owned 2 bars, he said his biggest sources of stress were staff (turnover + stealing) and suppliers (especially if you offer restaurant services). Learn from others before taking the plunge; you must know that the restaurant/bar sector has the highest failure rate of any sector.
