BRAINSTORMING (ways in which British Airways could expand any good ideas?)

Just doing some unassessed work at the moment, just thought i would see if anyone has any good ideas... anything from related to unrelated diversification. I'm thinking along the lines of expanding british airways into trains, hotels etc maybe even do the whole holiday package.. conglomerate ideas welcome
