last year i went to the "model search america" in Las Vegas. When i arrived there, i was informed that the show had been cancelled. I've attempted to call on several occasion for a reschedule or a refund and they never reply to my e-mails. Can someone help please

I just titled and moved your question that you had placed as a response to someone else's really old thread to one that's just for you so that your question will get noticed more. This place doesn't work the same way that a chat room does, so if someone wants to post a new question that's not a response to the one at the very top of the page, then it's best to be starting a new thread with the new question.

Concerning your question, I would suggest forgetting about electronic communications of any kind and using things like phone calls and/or a certified letter. If you have spent money and didn't get anything for it, then an attorney just writing a simple letter might do the trick.
