licencing laws required when running a business

hi just wondering if anybody could help i need to find out what licennsing laws are requird when running a nail technology business, and who i would need to contact for this.
any help would be great thanks

Hello tash:

Most states now have a one stop shop for your licensing requirements. Look in the blue pages of your phone book. If your state does not do that, you're going to have to find out what licenses are required for your business. Ask somebody in the business, or hire a lawyer.
