Where can a high school student (going into 11th grade) find an internship for the summer of 2010 that pays well. (Please make sure it has nothing to do with anything medical)Also, it should be in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.

A good place to check for internships is your school. Talk with a counselor for leads. Also check with community colleges and Universities. Contact the career counselors and explain that you are an 11th grader. The counselor can also guide you in the direction of your goals or help place you in a position in a field that will interest you. Businesses contact the schools for interns all the time. Good luck!
