You will need to have at least liability insurance for such a business. You would need to consult with an insurance agent about that. Concerning being bonded and/or having a license, you would need to contact city or county officials as to whether you would need to be bonded or to have a license. I would doubt that you would need to have a license or to be bonded to perform such a service.

How old are you, please?

If you are still young enough that you are covered under your parent's insurance for certain things, then you would need to be speaking with you parents about your business venture that you want to start.

If you are an adult, I do apologize for asking about if you are still young enough. I just wanted to make sure that the "bases were covered", so to speak.
