If it is just a busienss license, you go down tot he city hall ( or county courthouse) and pay them the cost of a new license, and they check to be sure your business is located in a properly zoned area and they issue you a license.
If you want a professional license, board of pharamacy, medicare sales, you have to apply and be inspected.
If you are serving food you have to get a
permit from the board of health, and so on.
I am sorry but long before one pays to get incorporated, they should have a business plan and know exactly what it takes to do thier business. |
