Are you asking about whether there are any grants available because someone has been convicted of a felony? There might be some grants available because of on-the-job-training through various charities. You can apply for all of the regular grants and loans that anyone else might apply for. You could also go to a school and check with the financial aid office of that school to see what monies might be available.
