Real Estate is a fairly low-cost industry to get into. You are home based, but do have to go out to show homes, etc.

I know a person who made his entire living for awhile by selling things on eBay. His thing was that he would go out to garage, yard and rummage sales and would purchase costume jewelry. He would then sell them for a great mark-up in price for what he originally paid. He was distributing them all over the world.

My point is, that it is very possible for someone to make a living by using eBay.

My brother in law when to auctions at the surrounding storage places. Sometimes he would get an entire unit for $20. He made a good living on that for a long time. You have to be well organized to make money today doing big time Ebay, though. Lots of competition.
