business plans
I would like to open my own day care. in Georgia. What are the requirements for a day care business in this state? I would like to start off with 10 children or so.

There are books of rules, from the type of equipment that is allowed and not allowed, to the number of children per staff, the requirement for sick room, matttings, food prep and more. There is a state licensing requirement so you need to get with the state board and get thier rules and regs and consider if you can meet them or not.
