Business plan. Its necessity

Hi, guys!!!

Can you tell me if it is necessary to make a business plan if you aren't going to attract investors and run a small business?

Thank you!

To make or not to make? ...that isn't a question!

Thinking very simply - BPlan for small business whithout investors seems to be not needed. But always make it all the same - u'll quickly see weak places of your affair from the other point of view...

I agree

I’m going to agree on this one, since the business plan may not be a necessity to get the business off the ground from an investment/capital point of view. It will however help you stay on track once you’re up and running and may even help you to avoid making mistakes as you build the foundation for your business.

business plan

Not necessary, but really useful, by making a business plan from the start, you set goals you want to meet to make this investment suceed, you will be spending and lots of time and money to the business go. By having this plan as a guide it will help you stay on the correct path.

good luck!

I agree with Mr. Yet.

A business plan is not necessary, but it is recommended.
