Hi, I am looking for someone to guide me how to run or make a buisiness plan for a banquet

Do you mean you want to make a business plan for starting a banquet hall for catering etc. ? If so, you decide how many you would be able to seat, look at kitchen facilities (if viewing a banquet hall already established, take note of any appliances that may want up-dating). Get their present capacity and find out what type of events they catered. You would have to be conversant for wedding banquets, etc. Sports them banquets.

Then you get this all down on paper with your estimates on cost and approach a lending facility with your ideas.

I am assuming that you are asking this question concerning a banquet hall or reception hall. Is that correct? If it is, then if you type the two words "Banquet Hall" of "Reception Hall" (with the quotes) then you will be likely to find questions that have been similar to your that have been answered. You might then like to click on the links that you will find to see what the answers have been.
