Most states permit you to file a Trade Name with the state, this becomes you property and no one else can use it. Check with the license department in you state and they can tell you what forms are needed.
Hmmmm Beer on Call great idea I might use that in my next venture...They call I deliver the beer so they don't have to drive to the beer thank you much. I am now going to go request a business license and make sure my business name is available and if it is I will then register it with the state so nobody else can possibly get it.
#1 rule never post a business idea on the internet. If somebody likes it they may try to beat you to the punch. Go to your state website if it doesn't answer your question on the site call any phone number you see listed they will lead you to the right spot.
