But where are you at, In the US, most business license are gotten from the city hall where you live.

Are you sure that you even need a license to clean? I have never known someone that did need a license to clean. But, I suppose that it would depend on the laws where you would be doing the cleaning and whether or not you were operating out of a store front or not.
