I read this book a few years ago, I think the story goes like this:Father has 7 or 8 daughters, the youngest takes off to be a school teacher in (Mexico?) with her red headed ecclectic aunt. Parents send a gunslinger type after her to bring her home. They encounter many obstacles, one being a sandstorm in the desert. They make it home, fall in love, bla bla bla. The epilogue is generations later where the gunslinger is now a father/ grandfather and one of his daughter/ granddaughters wants to fly her airplane around the world. Love this book, please help!
