Can't find the title or the author!

There was a book I read when I was younger that I've been thinking about lately and I would really like to find if I can. It's about this group of kids from all over the country with strange "abnormal" afflictions. I think there's seven of them, but I can't remember them all. There's one girl with acne and everything she touches becomes dirty, another is shrinking, another is gaining weight too fast, and one causes chaos to everything he touches. They eventually find each other and learn the chaos causing boy has/is going to cause some terrible disaster. I seem to remember it being a rockslide? It turns out that they each of some sort of power and have a "parasite" that turns their powers to the negative. They defeat their parasites and the girl who made everything dirty can now heal and disinfect with a touch, the kid who was shrinking can cause plants to grow...etc. I know this sounds strange, but if anyone knows what book I am trying to find, that would be amazing.
