Hello all! I've been abundantly blessed by my virtual coffee chats with so many of you in this wonderful forum on Books and Literature! (The Relationship forum is fun too, but this is where inspiration comes from... "the stuff dreams are made of" )
Anyways... We all have favorite quotes, quotes that have touched a chord in our hearts and minds, quotes that have influenced our decisions, inspired us to go that extra mile, give us courage to face the day, and shown us what real living is like.
Lets share these divine inspirations with our little world here - on this little posting. I'll start with one of my all-time favorites....
Being a star-gazer myself and being the proud owner of a tempestuous personal history, this is one of my favorites - it reminds me that no matter what is swirling around me at a given time, I can get through it.

Your first quote is very interesting. (Your second one is too, for that matter.) But, I would appreciate knowing how and why you use the first quote a lot, please? Thank you!

I think it was about a poem that someone wrote for their girlfriend... If I remember correctly, they posted it with the question, "Is this corny?" I enjoyed the poem and thought that it defined love...
I have a very strong work ethic. I do my job to the best of my ability and am willing to help others around me even when it puts a time crunch on me. There are always those who will try to take advantage of those willing to go to the "nth degree to help others" and I had to adopt my own "Work Motto" to be discerning in these situations.

As long as I keep that in my mind, I am able to know when to say "no" to those who are just trying to get out of their own work.

Why you ask?
Generally, when a person is commenting on a post, they use "Quote User" to reference their comment unless it is just below the original post. I looked back through several pages but I could have just missed it. I was just wanting to read the poem but didn't locate it. I thought you might be able to direct me so I could read it. I will just keep looking. Thanks.
