There was an American Romance book, about a logging family that there son was hurt in a logging accident and they could not get him out, so that had to hire a nurse to come in and work with him until he was well enough to travel. The nurse was a plus size woman and the man was a large man. The woman got pregnant and the man got better, he went home and then after she had the baby she went to find him. I would really like to find this book again and have it, but I cannot remeber the name, if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.
