i remeber a child book but ican't remember the title. its about a this girl and her family (i think they were native) they lived by the coast of a ocean. one day there was an oil spill. the girl whent out walking and found a spotted baby seal. the seal was all covered in oil. she brought to animal preserve. the seal lived and i think they returned to the sea. i hope that helps. if you think you know the book please tell me the title. it was my favorite book when i was young.
