You just described how an infected belly button piercing looks like. What are you cleaning it with and how are you cleaning it ?

For your piercing to be 2 months old and is very and crusty like, with redness I would be worried. It seems like your piercing is very aggrivated and may be infected. What color is the puss? If it's yellowish/green, there's a great chance that it's infected. In this case I would soak it in saline solution twice a day and keep the area clean without playing with it or wearing tight clothes that would upset it. If you keep this up, there may be progress for your piercing but your piercing may have already made up its mind that it wants the ring out and it may have started rejecting. In attempt to save your piercing, try to clean it and be careful. If no progress seems to be made and it looks like it's getting worse, I would go to a piercer and have it taken out after the infection has drained out and let your body heal. If you want it again, wait about 6 months to 1 year to re-pierce.
