does anyone know if you can cover up red ink with blue and turn blue inked into dark red? tattoo question

i'm pretty sure you can if your tattoo is not new or has just been touched up.. they can usually get any colors to cover the tattoo you dont like...

yes i also think that it is possible if your tattoo's not a new one orhas just been touched up
