nose piercing questions

ok i want a nose piercing. im almost 18.
nothing major just a little itty bitty tiny stud.

some people have told me it would be hard to find a job.
true??

and when i decide i dont want it anymore (later on in life)
can i just take it out and itll close back up again without leaving a nasty little scar?
