how to convince parents to get industrial piercing

well ever since my friend convinced me to get the industrial piercing, ITS BEEN ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT. its driving me crazy and my friend is supposed to get it next month. im supposed to go with her. when i first asked my mom she said she would think about it(and i know her, it was more like a yes and not just because thats what i wanted the answer to be) then one day i showed it to her at the mall and she asked me if i really wanted it? and that it was ugly. then another day i showed her another one and i had been sooo excited about it and she flat out said no . i was in complete shock and now im obsessed with it. . i already tried asking her and said its just on my ear and that im a good student but i dont know wat else to say! please help me come up with a good exuse i already know all the risks and i know that i am allowed to get it underage in my state as long as i have permission from my mom. im 16

it is possible to get the industrial piercing done with the gun if they place it carefully you'd just have to wait about two weeks before you could place the long pole in. I think thats less painful than the needle anyway

You cant get it with the gun because they need a wide hole to fit the barbell in. If you use just a regular ear piercing gun, all you can put in is regular earrings.
