"dewinderize" Jet Ski

I Have A 2003 Kawasaki Stx-12f Jet Ski. It Is Currently Winterized.
I Would Like To Unwinterize It Myself. Can Anyone Tell Me How To Do This. Also For Next Winter How Do I Winterize It Myself. I
Am Charged Over $200.00 Each Time From The Dealer To Do This. It Cannot Be That Difficult?
