    Multiple eggs?
I had a vaginal ultrasound and the doctor mentioned that it seemed as though both of my ovaries were producing several follicles. Could that mean there is a chance that I released more than one egg this month?

Yes... normally your ovaries will take turns and only one egg is released, but it can happen where more than one egg will be released, usually one right after the other in a short span of time.
