Hi Jim and welcome to the site. We like to help people with their questions, rather than providing complete answers, this is for several reasons:

1) It helps the person to learn how to do the question
2) It helps people who have very similar questions to solve their questions too, this means they don't have to ask again for a very slightly different case.

If you do want to give an answer, could you please make sure to provide good working, especially in the science forum, where understanding is more important than knowing.

This isn't a site policy, but is a general good practice.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks
