Lysosomes & hydrolytic enzymes

When lysosomes contains hydrolytic enzymes & breaks up the undesired substances present in endosomes or autophagosomes, then why dont it acts upon the membronous proteins of lysosome itself? i know the membrane lipids are protected because of the presence of the sulphonated lipids but what about proteins which includes the mannose-6-phosphate receptors & others?
