GCSE Biology-enzymes

Can please someone help give me some idea of : -

What experiments can be devised or set up, to find out under what conditions enzymes are most effective?

There can be a wide range of tests and experiments that you can test enzyme effectiveness ... putting enzyme in testtubes and subject them to a regular condition with the enzyme and comparing to a control testtube to compare effectiveness.

there are hundred and million of tests that prove the most efficient activity of enzymes,some are chemical tests and some r related to temperature factor.

u need to specify here.
