Trying to find answers

Milagro joaquin Died February five 2006 she was very young born may six 1984.
I am seeking answers on how she died. She was a little sister to me. And I can not find anyone in her family. None of them have a phone. She lived in Ft Lauderdale Fl. I moved back home to IL. **** edited** email addres deleted
