You can use anything that your skin can handle. Use soap for sensitive skin if your skin is sensitive.

I don't recommend the use of soap on the face. Use a liquid facial cleanser that's designed for your skin type. Most soaps contains fragrance and detergent, which can irritate the skin. Soaps are more suitable for the body.
