try using panoxyl soap 5% in washing your face
then moisturize after and apply sublock

use stieva-A (stast with 0.01% then 0.025% then 0.05%) at night
use moisturizer first before applying this...

this will help clear up your face and sticking to this might help in preventing white head black heads too. just be sure never to forget about sunblock in the mroning

Rip curl gurl, I know you must be frustrated, but try not to let it bother you. Teenagers with acne should know that their skin disease is normal and common, and that help is available.

Here are some treatments that work.

Of the prescription medications, Accutane is the best acne treatment to hit the market in well over twenty years and is highly thought of as one of the acne cares that works. It is a chemical derivative of vitamin A. This treatment has been shown to help the great majority of acne sufferers (approximately 85 percent).

The Proactive Solution system seems to work for a lot of people. Proactive can help people who have mild to serious cases of acne. It's worth a try.

Retin A and Renova are also prescription medications. These are topical derivatives of vitamin A, and are also good at clearing up fine lines, wrinkles, and slight skin discolorations. One of the biggest downsides is sunlight and other topical acne treatments must be avoided while using either of them. However, they are proven to reduce acne.

Antibiotics might help also. It works by attacking the acne causing bacteria as it grows deep in skin pores.

Over the Counter Acne Treatments

There are some over the counter acne treatments that work well. The two best are benzoyl peroxide, and salicylic acid.

Benzoyl peroxide works by penetrating the skin pores, and eliminating the acne causing bacteria that grows deep in the skin. Benzoyl peroxide is the most commonly used acne treatment because it is affordable, easily available, and nearly as effective as most prescription medication.

Salicylic acid works by removing the top layers of dead skin cells. This helps the skin renew itself faster, and decreases the chance for pore blockage and a subsequent acne breakout.

Some of the products that I've mentioned above may be useful, however, if these products have not helped your skin after six to eight weeks, you may want to visit a Dermatologist.

I have used accutane. But I was not allowed to be on it longer than six months due to certain conditions involving my families mental history. However I did some research on the product and I found out it is very dangerous for girls and can cause birth defects and depression anxiety issues. If it is just little whiteheads I wouldn’t worry about it, you’ll probably grow out of it. But if you have acne that is the size of pencil erasers, it has a scientific name I’m just not sure of it, then I would just wash your face a lot. Try using a good soap with benzyl peroxide in it. Or better yet an acne wash. I was my face 4 times a day. And it has stayed pretty clear!
