    The bags under the eyes are most often caused by illness, veins, fluid retention, allergies, dermatitis, a lack of sleep or heredity. It's difficult to eliminate under eye bags completely, however, there are a few things to can do to reduce to puffiness and discoloration.

    You can apply an eye cream that contains Vitamin K or Vitamin C to reduce the appearance of your under eye bags. You can also use a yellow-base concealer to camouflage the dark circles.
