hello there! im just new here! i have severe acne, i tried everything but didn't work. i tried the pervil magic cream that i bought from the philippines but i think its fake, i'm crying every night. i usually go out w/my daughter bianca, going to the park to the supermarket but ever since this acne came, i don't want to go out anymore. feels like everybody is looking at me whispering "that's gross". oh my god! what should i do?
please help me.

Have you went to a doctor for it? I went a few days ago for my acne. I got some stuff that has already changed my whole look. I still have it a little bit but even with it this stuff had made me look so much better

its not just the creams and such you have too change.

i hear what you eat can affect how much oil your face lets off.

Wash your sheets weekly to get the oils off your pillows and such and then get a shower cream thing to use in the shower.

I use AcneFree Step1-3. It is great, one is used in the shower and then you use the other 2 steps after. I use to only use 1 step but it didnt really help so i started using all 3 and all my pimples nearly disapeared.

I also started to shower twice a day to get oils out of my hair and that means i use the face cream twice a day. I always wash my sheets every saturday night and i eat more fruit.

I have lost almost all my acne

dawnie, my 16 year old son has scratch that had acne really bad. we took him to the family doctor on the insurance plan, then they referred him to a dermatologist. and i tell you what, they said in 4 months his face will be clear, then take it for 2 more months. well in 2 days time, it was like 30% less acne on his face. there are possible side effects as with any drug, but he is very happy. he has been taking the medicene since the 30th of August and probably 65 to 70% clearer face. this medication if you do not have insurance is very expensive. but with the prescription co pay it was not that bad. the generic runs about $150.00 per month if you don't have insurance. the name brand drug is about $500.00 per month with no insurance. it is called SOTRET 40 MG CAPSULE RAN.
he takes one capsule per day and the results are fantastic, it has done a lot for his self esteem already. also , you must have a prescription for this medicene and special drug type card from the doctor. check into it.

i doubt that you could get this med. over the counter. it is pretty stringent guidelines invovled. but it works great. i appreciate the rating of my answer. but could you tell me why you thought i was a female and referred to me as "she", this has happened on other post before in the past. did i miss something on the profile or something that indicates this mistake. please let me know, i would like for it to be cleared up so it doesn't happen again. and best of luck with getting the acne med. it does work well for my son.
