How Can I Rid Off My Dark Eye Bags?

I am 23 years of age and my eye bags are really dark in color. All my friends really notice my eye bags... what should i do to get rid of them? please help me, thanx

im 37 and have developed eye bags about 5 years ago. i no how you feel. ive tried many products on the market both cheap and expensive with no luck. someone has advised me on derma fillers. i will be trying them out soon and will let you no of the outcome.
