Red bumps on my body

I have been experiencing red itchy bumps on my breasts, arms, back, and legs for the past week. I haven't changed detergents or body soap or anything. I'm really confused as to why i keep breaking out at different times of the day. I've gone through a lot of bendadryl and it continues to keep flaring. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT IS CAUSING THIS! Have you gone swimming?? I had something similar once, it was "sea lice". Yes I know, gross, but there was a Red Tide that went up and down the coast of NY and lots of people got it.

Keep the Benedryl up and if you have gone swimming see a doctor to get a strong cortozone cream.

i have red bumps on my legs and arms and chest aswell, mainly on my legs.

mine look like bites rather than spots but they are not itchy

i have been to the doctors to see if they know what they are but they don't as they are not irritating me in any way

i think that it may be caused to a certain material u may wear as u may be allergic to it?

sorry i know im not much help but i think i may be suffering from the same thing as u and its starting to bug me
