Hello,

My 11 month old baby boy has had a fine red rash on his cheeks that comes and goes. It seems to really flare up when he's hot, after he wakes up, and sometimes after a bath. I've had doctors tell me that it's dry skin, and another one said my child was allergic to something. It's been about 5 months since this rash comes and goes. Doctors seem to rule out fifths disease.
It's mainly on his face, but now it on his legs as tiny little while pimples. It' doesn't seem to bother him, but it bothers me because it looks as if he has a skin infection of some sorts. Can you give me any ideas as what i should do, i've already tried changing detergents although i stay with dreft now, changing his bath soap, and i don't know what other routes i should pursue.
