Making Hair Extensions Look More Real

A while ago i used to wear hair extensions because being an experimental, possibly wannabe hair dresser, I chopped off my hair. Until so recently I found them again and since my hair is almost to my butt I figured that I don't need them anymore.

I decided to straighten them, using the correct protection of course, but now they look really shiny and even kind of fake?

They're 100% human asian hair. They're fairly healthy as long as you don't forget to keep the tangles out and to not get them wet.

I'm hoping to make a couple bucks by selling them. Any advice?

Thanks in advance. If i can get a picture, I'll put it up.
