I've looked in beauty shops and can't find any.. What websites could I find this and buy from?

Here's the site that Thomas posted. It's based in the UK, you shouldn't have a problem obtaining the cosmetics. If you scroll to the bottom of the site and look on the next page, you will see a variety of glitter make up.
