Ugly? I dont not see an ugly girl. Maybe an eyebrow job can do but dont think ugly cuz your not. I use to be the same way. Then i came to realize i dont have to please anyone but myself.

A flattering haircut and wearing colors that suit you. Can't go past those 2 essentials.

I think shorter hair looks really cool on teenagers - you would probably look good with a fringe and some lip gloss.

In any case, you've got to develop your own personal style.

Hi again, thunderstar21!

I've already addressed you earlier on this thread. How about we try a different approach to how you feel about yourself now?

What sort of good things are happening in your life right now and what sort of things do you really like to do, please?

Thanks!

Personally, I think you have some very pretty features.
I'm sure you have a wonderful personality as well.

The first thing that I want you to do, is write down a list of all of the things that you like about yourself. It can be anything from "I have nice texture to my hair" to "I'm a really nice and fun person to be around"

Then, if you'd like to get a makeover, the easiest thing that you can start with is your hair. If you think that getting a different style will higlhlight your more attractive features, then consult with a stylist and ask her what he or she thinks will look good on you.
Go through a book of styles, or even do one of those online make, overs that you can do with your picture.

Then, If you're looking for make-up, go SUBTLE. Nothing more than a little powder, blush, mascara, and lipgloss.

And as for the eyebrow thing, if YOU think that they need help, then you could always go to a salon that will wax them for about $10.
(it does NOT hurt) And then maintain them mwith tweezers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT OVERPLUCK!!

One thing that drives me crazy is when women leave only sparse eyebrows adn then they color them on. they look harsh and unnatrual. YUCK.

Anyway, the only thing that matters is the way YOU feel about yourself. If doing a couple small things like these will help you gain confidence, then go for it. But I will say that CONFIDENCE is key.

Also, i'd like to add that you appear to have VERY pretty skin. LUCKY!
