Huge Legs

HI EVERY ONE
my problem is that i have a verrrrry big leg they are huge they were not like this befor ?
i am walking dayly for 1 hour
what ur a device to me?

You mean the upper legs or thighs or lower legs & calves? There would be diiferent exercises to target those areas

i mean lower leg of course . what u mean about (calves)
i did try sooooo many exercises without that big change
