Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew what I can use to prevent my tan from peeling and my skin getting too dry? Thanks.

Apply loads of aftersun cream and it should do the trick .Apply in the morning before you go out and also in the evening .

You should also drink lots and lots of of water to help keep re-hydrate your skin

Hi,
If you happen to get sun burned, which I hope you don't, then put White Distilled Vinegar on the burn. It helps relieve the pain, and promotes healing.
The answer before mine is very good. If you don't have any after tan lotion, then any good lotions, such as Aveeno will help keep it moist. Tans last longer when moist, not allowing the skin to "dry out".
Best wishes, and best of luck.
PS, Tried to give an "approval" comment to the answer before mine, but got the ole pop-up window about "pass it around some more......" !!

Dolf, there is no sure way to protect a suntan from peeling. When human skin peels, it is because dead skin cells are shedding. Dead skin cells cannot be revived, however, there are safeguards that can protect you from peeling. Some people use a moisturizer every day after sunning to avoid peeling. Tan Extenders can also be used to preserve and extend tanning results. They enhance the appearance of an existing tan, while moisturizing the skin for a longer lasting tan and prevent peeling and flaking.
