The Israel dead sea salt scrubs are really good.
Don't know what a best brand would be though.

St. Ives apricot scrub comes in regular form and one for sensitive skin. I use the regular one once a week.

For a more natural face scrub, I have used just plain salt or corn meal.
Wet face first, then put salt in some warm water, then dip a wet facecloth in the salt mixture and gently rub in a circular motion on your face. Avoid the eye area then rinse completely and pat dry.
For cornmeal, make a paste with some water and repeat above.
I use both methods and my skin feels very smooth without any chemicals or fragrances.
Good luck!
